Our managers have many years experience of working in large blue chip corporations, small businesses, high street agencies and government departments, we are used to dealing with people from all backgrounds and positions within companies. We have a professional approach to our clients and team of typists, have a flexible attitude in order to adapt to our clients requirements and are keen to provide unbeatable customer service.

We are supported by a team of carefully chosen highly experienced UK based typists. Typists with specific skills in your business area are assigned to your project and for ongoing work we aim to use the same team to maintain continuity. All of our typists sign and adhere to a confidentiality agreement to ensure you feel secure in handing your work over to us.

I have over 10 years experience working in secretarial roles for a variety of large companies including the BBC, American Express, charities including the British Red Cross as well as marketing and property companies. My ambition is to build on my experiences and bring this to drive TypeOut forward as a leading business support service. I understand the need for adhering to tight deadlines, dealing with confidential and sensitive paperwork and the ability to work as part of a team and liaise with clients, typists and the public in a professional and courteous manner.

Operations Director

I have 18 years experience in IT and sound engineering. Starting my career as a sound engineer in recording studios in London I found that the majority of my work was editing audio files on advanced computer systems. I then moved into the Information Technology domain joining my first blue chip company 15 years ago. Being an IT contractor for several large organisations over the years, I have invaluable technical experience. The opportunity to combine my past experience to join forces with my wife Sarah arose in 2008 meaning the start of TypeOut. By using the latest technology it has meant that we were able to set up our own company and provide a useful service to individuals and businesses. Both my sound engineering and IT experience have become very useful when dealing with audio files in different formats that need to be cleaned and transferred to specific files types ensuring the highest sound quality possible for our typists.
